Service Description

This program is designed and led by Coach Gabi Nilles, former collegiate softball player, and Coach Mark Nilles, collegiate strength and conditioning coach and former college baseball coach. Together, we’re bringing athletes the ultimate summer training experience—quality reps, expert instruction, and serious gains. 💪 What to Expect: - High-energy, focused sessions - Fieldwork + weight room training - A fun, supportive environment - Build strength, explosiveness, and athleticism - Get the edge on your competition! 📅 Schedule Dates: *See below for dates. Time: 9:00–10:30 AM 30 minutes at the softball field 60 minutes of lifting at the gym Locations: Fearn Park (softball field) Nilles Gym, just down the street (North Aurora, IL) 🗓️ Training Dates (2025) June 9–11 (Mon–Wed) June 16–18 (Mon–Wed) June 24–26 (Tues–Thurs) – Gabi has teaching orientation Mon 6/23 June 30–July 2 (Mon–Wed) July 7–9 (Mon–Wed) July 14-16 (Mon-Wed) ❌ No training the week of July 21 July 28–31 (Mon–Thurs) August 5, 7 (Tues, Thurs) – Gabi has teaching orientation Mon 4/6 & Wed 8/6 ➡️ Total: 24 sessions *If you have ANY questions please text Gabi & Coach Mark. 🥎 Field Training Breakdown: - One day focused on fielding - One day focused on hitting - One day focused on speed & agility 📱 Questions? We’re excited to train with you! 📋General Info: - Coach Gabi will communicate important updates through a group text chat—please check it regularly. - If we cannot go to the field/grass area due to weather you will come right to the Nilles gym @ 9:00 am. - NO wet shoes allowed in the gym please and thank you! - Many athletes lift barefoot in the gym and that is absolutley okay (you all know I don't like shoes either lol). Make sure to have gym shoes to finish outside on the driveway & in the grass. 🎒What to bring: - All necessary hitting equipment (helmet & bat required) - All necessary fielding equipment (glove(s), facemask, mouthguard, EvoShield, anything you need) - Cleats for field/grass - Gym shoes for outside finishers after lifting - Water - Your mindset journal - A pencil/pen 🗓️Typical schedule (may change based on weather) - Mondays hitting - Tuesdays speed & agility - Wednedays fielding 🔄 Important: Be prepared each day with all necessary gear in case we need to adjust the plan on short notice.
